How do I complete my order?

You will find all your favorite items in our online shop. Our products are categorized in resortwear and swimwear. Add the items you wish to buy from buy now button and you will see an update for your cart on the top of the screen. When ready to proceed to check out find your cart at the top of the screen and click on it, the option proceed to checkout will appear.

I like a swimsuit but I would like it in a combination from another design that I cannot find in your fabric selection. How do I proceed?

It’s absolutely fine, you can order your reversible bikinis and one pieces in any combination, choosing from the colors available in our online store. If the color you wish is not in our list but you saw it in another item is because of technical limitations, please proceed your order choosing any color, then after you receive the confirmation of your order reply back with the desirable color to substitute using the names on our website to avoid confusion.

I need different sizes for a bikini top and bottom. Can I order different sizes on a set?

No worries at all! We have in mind that every single body is different and unique, that’s why we offer you the option to order each piece in the style, colors and size that will fit better your body and your personality! Be Creative!

I do not wish to create an account what do I do?

We want our customers to have a smooth and enjoyable experience with us, that is why we will not force you to create an account in order to complete your order through our website. Choose the guest checkout and input your email address so we can contact you only for order updates.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Our online store is secured for payments through well-known and trusted platforms PayPal and Stripe. If you do not have a PayPal account but still wish to complete your payment though it, do not worry our PayPal option accept payment with debit/credit cards from guest users too!

How long does it take to process my order?

We normally process your order after the funds have been cleared from our partners. If the details entered are correct this will normally take one working day. Once we have confirmation we tend to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch and tracking number so you will be able to have live updates of the shipment and an estimation for delivery.

Do you charge for deliveries?

We offer free shipment for the whole of EU and UK. For all other shipments, we change a fee according to destination country. Relevant charges will be calculated and show on the last step before the payment.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a free return service. We strongly recommend though to send your items back with a tracked delivery as we will not be responsible for any loss during transit and you won’t be entitled to a refund if we don’t receive your item.

What if I want to return an item?

We work hard to deliver high quality products. Should you be not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it and in its original state (sanitary pads and tags must be on, please remove them only if you are to keep the product) You will have the option for full refund or exchange with another item. Please be aware that in order to proceed with the refund/exchange we will need to receive the item first.

What is the difference between a handmade product and a mass production one?

Handmade products tend to have less abnormalities in shape and fitting. A handmade item is taken care throughout the production process and the seams are strong with no hanging threads. That means the quality is better and your item will last longer than expected! Also, you have the choice to create your own style, as we will only start your order after you submit it.
